The Sojourner's Attitude Towards Sin
The believer's struggle with their own sin and the sin of others can be confusing. The New Testament teaches we are dead to sin. Yet, Paul claims he can't do the good he wants to do because of the law of sin within him. Believers respond to this battle in several wrong ways: denial, defeat, excusing, or blaming others. What level of freedom from sin can we expect in this life? What will we have to wait for until Christ's return?
