New Book: Constructive Suffering Workbook

John 16:33 states that “In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world!” It’s easy to forget that the Bible does NOT promise a trouble free life. The Constructive Suffering Workbook by counselors Amy Moreno and Lee Campbell points out that being unprepared for suffering can make working through painful times even more difficult.

This helpful resource aims to help us understand suffering and work through times of difficulty with our friends and family.

This is not a workbook to hand someone in the midst of tragedy. It is meant for those who want to understand more about suffering and what God might be accomplishing through it. While it can be worked through individually, it would also be an excellent resource for a group study.

The workbook is a mixture of thought provoking questions and exercises about suffering and Biblical insights about preparing to suffer, where God is in the midst of our suffering and what is produced in us when we suffer. There are great personal examples shared throughout the book.

The Constructive Suffering Workbook is available at the Main Campus Bookstore and Study Center and also on Amazon.
