Dave oversees the Xenos Missions Division. He is responsible for leading the Missions team, establishing budgets both locally and internationally, visiting and equipping our Global Partners and missionaries, developing and reviewing ministry plans, evaluating new partners and missionaries, providing pastoral support, and overseeing our Domestic Ministries. Dave and his wife Tracy have been in home church leadership for over 25 years. They currently serve in the college ministry.
Jim has been a part of Xenos since the 1970s and has served in many roles in our fellowship from eldership to teaching classes. Jim has been one of the architects of our Global Partnerships and is passionate about all nations coming to Christ. He serves our Global Partners by offering training to their leaders and visiting the fields regularly. He also meets with our missionaries to offer strategic coaching. Jim and his wife Linda have been married for over 30 years and have two adult children. Jim is an active teacher at Xenos, and leads an adult home church with his wife.
Tracy has been involved in Xenos since 1984. She has been a home church leader for over 25 years and has been involved in student ministries and missions for many years. She offers pastoral care to our missionaries overseas and is also a biblical counselor at Xenos. She graduated from Miami University. She and her husband, Dave, have two children who are both married.
Canco assists our field workers and partners in the facilitation of indigenously led church planting movements. He received a B.A. in Geography and a Masters in City and Regional Planning with a focus on Public Administration from The Ohio State University. He is currently working on an M.A. in Missiology at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Canco moved to the United States after spending his childhood in Chile, where his family still lives. He and his wife Kaitlin have been happily married since 2016 and lead home churches in the college and high school ministries.
Holly has been a part of Xenos since its inception and has faithfully lead home churches for many years. She has many years of experience in the Missions Division mobilizing people to use their talents and resources for God’s plan for the nations. Holly is especially active with our Global Partners in Cambodia. Each year she leads a group of volunteers to serve in Cambodia for a couple weeks, supporting the work of our Global Partners. Holly also serves as the Board Secretary of Fountain of Hope (FOH) Cambodia as well as serving on the Board of the US based nonprofit Friends of FOH. Holly and her husband Dennis are happy parents and grandparents to their grandchildren.
Amy is our Administrative & Communications Assistant. She helps facilitate our short-term trips, provides support to missionary families, and works to spread awareness to the church about our Global Partners and missionaries. Amy received her B.A. in International Studies from The Ohio State University and later worked in the non-profit sector as a fundraiser and communication strategist. She serves in high school ministry and leads alongside her husband in the college group.
Josh works in the Missions Division doing accounting, focusing on the Global Partnership and Humanitarian Aid funds. He graduated from Ohio State in 2015 with a degree in accounting and before working for Xenos did accounting work for the Ohio Restaurant Association. He came to Christ in his freshman year at Ohio State after being invited to a Xenos home church by a friend in class. God has done incredible things in his life since then, including the awesome blessing of getting married in August of 2017.
Mike coaches and trains adult home groups. He also offers pastoral support to our missionaries overseas. Mike grew up in the Columbus area, graduated with a B.A. in International Studies from the Ohio State University and finished his M.A. in Theological Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He came to faith in Christ through Xenos in 1983. He and his wife Laurel have been married for 30 years and have have raised two children. Mike and Laurel served together as missionaries and have over 3 decades of experience leading home groups.
