The missions division exists to advance cross-cultural, indigenous church planting movements. Our long-term vision is to see churches that are accessible to everyone in a people group, resulting in changed lives and transformed communities.
We advance these indigenously led church planting movements primarily through our Global Partnerships. These partnerships connect the powerful dynamics of church planting movements around the world with the resources Xenos is uniquely able to offer. Missionary Work is conducted under the overarching umbrella of Global Partnerships. Our commissioned missionaries work as facilitators and trainers in the context of these partnerships. Short-Term Missions also operate as an extension of these long-term partnerships.
In Columbus, we work through our Domestic Ministries to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to those in need in our community. This holistic approach is grounded in the belief that only God can provide people with the power to improve themselves and their circumstances. For this reason, church planting plays an integral part in our domestic missions strategy. We also award grants to relief and development ministries through the Humanitarian Aid & Development Fund.
