Josh Benadum
South CT Leader
Josh grew up in Columbus but spent high school in Phnom Penh, Cambodia where his parents had moved to become missionaries. He graduated from The Ohio State University in 2010 with a degree in International Studies and is working on a Masters of Theological Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He was a high school history teacher before coming on staff with Xenos in 2012. He and his wife Meri have two daughters, Thea and Iris. He's been doing high school ministry since 2007. Contact Josh
Nick Hetrick
North CT Leader
Nick is a teacher, counselor, and home church coach at Xenos. He and his wife Lesley have been leading high school and college home churches together since 2006, and he joined Xenos staff full-time in 2012. Originally from Sylvania, Ohio, Nick has a Ph.D. in English from Ohio State and an M.A. in Theological Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Nick and Lesley have two children, Zoe and Murphy.
Brian Adams
Administrator/Epic Director
Brian is an administrator of the college and high school ministry as well as the Director of our camp, Epic. He is originally from San Antonio, TX and grew up in Columbus. He has been working with Xenos since 2011, and joined Xenos staff full-time in 2013. In 2014, he married his wife, Katie. Brian has been leading in the high school group since 2011 and in the college group since 2013. He graduated from the Ohio State University with a B.S. in Social Work in 2014.
Kathryn Pease
Event Coordinator
Kathryn is the Event Coordinator for the High School and College ministries. She grew up in Columbus and graduated from Hilliard Davidson High School in 2017. After graduating, she became a home church leader in the high school ministry. She is currently studying Communications at Capital University.
Shane Coulter
College-High Admin
Shane has been working for Xenos since 2016. In 2018 he married his wife, Sophia. He graduated with a degree in Chemistry from Ohio State and is working on a M.A. in theological studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Shane has been leading in college and high school bible studies since 2014. He enjoys birding.
