Each year Xenos brings together a diverse group of Christian thinkers and practitioners to examine current issues facing Christians from a unique perspective - the local church.
The 2000 Summer Institute featured D.A. Carson and Erwin McManus. The 2000 theme was "The Bible in Diversity: maintaining the relevance and authority of the scriptures in a pluralistic world."

Dennis McCallum
Lead Pastor, Xenos Christian Fellowship
Dennis McCallum is a co-founder of Xenos and a graduate of Ashland Theological Seminary. In addition to teaching Xenos weekly main meetings, Dennis leads and teaches at the Campus Bible Study near The Ohio State University. He is the author of several books, including Christianity: The Faith That Makes Sense, The Summons, The Death of Truth, and Walking in Victory. Dennis, his wife, Holly, and their three children serve in student ministries and missions

Gary DeLashmutt is a founder and lead pastor of Xenos Christian Fellowship in Columbus, Ohio. Xenos is a large, innovative church specializing in evangelism, discipleship, and home church multiplication. Gary is a dynamic speaker and author. His books include: Loving God's Way and The Myth of Romance (co-authored with Dennis McCallum).
