
5260 Special Needs Withdrawal
5261 Guidance Needs
5261.1 If an enrolled student is diagnosed by a guidance professional as having severe learning disabilities or emotional/behavioral difficulties, the student no longer meets admission requirements and the administrator may require parents to withdraw the student.
5262 Health Needs
5262.1
If an enrolled student is diagnosed by a health professional as having severe physical difficulties, the student no longer meets admission requirements and the administrator may require parents to withdraw the student.
5263 Academic Needs
5263.1
Any student having significant weakness in any subject for any grading period the year after retention will be assumed to have academic needs requiring more assistance than can be offered at Xenos Christian Schools. The administrator may require parents to withdraw the student.
5263.2
Any student displaying any of the conditions for considering retention (see section 5241) for two years in a row will be assumed to have academic needs requiring more assistance than can be offered at Xenos Christian Schools. The administrator may require parents to withdraw the student.
