All Oasis positions evoke admiration and scrutiny from parents, children and visitors. Therefore, it is important for volunteers who lead and teach our children to be adequate examples and to meet certain spiritual and moral standards.
All servants of God have sins and shortcomings. However, lifestyles that are flagrantly out of God's will adversely influence children and hurt the reputation of Jesus Christ and His church.
Screening
All Oasis volunteers undergo a thorough screening and background check to ensure the safety of all children.
