I, ______________________________, agree to be a student assistant in the __________________ nursery/classroom during the ________________ (Assignment: 8:30a.m., 10:00a.m., 11:30am, 5:30pm) teaching and will work __________________ (# of times/month) each month for one full year.

I will take my job seriously, understanding that I am really working for God. He is my boss.

I will be on time. If I am unable to make a meeting, I will find a substitute or call the appropriate person(s) to see that my responsibilities are met.

I will help the room coordinator or lead teacher to minister to the needs of the children.

I will try to serve the Lord with joy and thanksgiving, even when things don’t go my way.

I will not blow people off.

I will volunteer of my own free will.

(This contract needs to be signed each year to renew your commitment to Oasis.)
