Financial
Task Team Leader
- Arrange with
XCF Accounting Department to establish an account
- Collect, record,
and copy all checks received
- Provide timely
and accurate reporting of fund-raising status to Team Leader
Fundraiser
Task Team Leader
- Set up and
confirm events
- Help to coordinate
an adequate number of volunteers for each event
- Keep track
and follow up on money due from fund-raiser events
- Advise Financial
Task Team Leader concerning amount due from each event
Communications
Task Team Leader
- Responsible
for communication with the church during all phases of the trip, including
publicity of trip, team member recruitment, and fundraising events
Prayer Task
Team Leader
- Maintain prayer
requests and answers
- Set up prayer
meetings
- Develop prayer
list for home supporters
