Page 7—Ministry Preparation This paper further explains the grid called "Missionary Indispensables". Our goal is to equip and train missionary candidates before they go to assessment. This will be accomplished through a variety of learning experiences. Missions "calling relates to the planting of indigenous churches, being co-workers with the Living God in the richest spiritual harvest the world has ever known". In light of our present challenge: the lost world, our high calling, the reality of missionary attrition and our abundant resources at XCF, we must address the quality of the 'sent ones'. How can we prepare and send the most qualified missionaries? How can they be "their utmost for His highest"? The doctrine of the imminent return of Christ compels us to plan as if this is the final generation of missionaries. "Has God chosen this generation to complete the task of global evangelization?"
