of Potential Servant Squad Member
Definition and Requirements for Servant
Squad
The
Servant Squad is a group of 7th and 8th grade Blow
Out, Spam and JAM students who have been nominated to the group. In order
to be nominated the students must meet the Servant Squad criteria. This
group is designed to give students opportunities to serve the Jr. High
group as a whole and their community. Here are the requirements of Servant
Squad:
A student must :
-
Be
a 7th or 8th grader
-
Be
a regular attendee of Cell group and Blow Out, Spam or JAM
-
Successfully
complete a Christian Growth class
offered by the Jr. High ministry during the 12 months prior to being
nominated
-
Be
involved in real ministry (personal outreach and active
cell contribution)
-
Be
of high moral character
-
Be
involved in an growing relationship with God
If
you have any students who fulfill these requirements and would be a good
addition to the Servant Squad :
-
Fill
out the following adult assessment and this student will be considered
for acceptance by the Selection Team. Please dont tell the student
about the nomination until we get back to you.

You
will be contacted by us about the student and whether we want to move
forward with the nomination. We will send you a questionnaire for
the student to fill out. At this point, you may notify the student
about your nomination of him/her.

The
nomination process will end when the student returns his or her assessment.
