Find out how we gather
over 400 excited 6th, 7th and 8th graders, and build them into committed
servants of Christ by the time they reach high school (well, at least
some of them).
It seems our approach
has been bearing increasing fruit every year; however, it's not without
challenges. This is a precarious time when young people begin to develop
their own identity and make their own decisions. It's also an age when
their whole lives are before them. There may be no more important time
for God to influence their lives! Pastors,
youth workers and parents can follow
these links for additional information.
About Our Meetings
| Blow
Out
Blow Out is the largest of our central teachings (CTs)
for jr. highers. Fun, friendship and Bible teachings are important
parts of this Sunday evening meeting. Our goal is to provide
an environment for young Christians to practice biblical love
and for non-Christians to investigate the claims of Christ.

| Jr. High @ Pavilion,
JAM 1 & 2
These meetings are designed for middle-schoolers whose
parents attend one of our adult Central Teachings. With
less students attending, it's a more relaxed atmosphere than Blow
Out; however, we still enjoy Bible teachings, food and games. Students
often bring their friends to these meetings.

| Cell
Groups
Every Friday night several hundred parents drop off
their jr. highers at homes around the city for smaller Bible study
groups. These same sex groups provide opportunities to study the
Bible, build close relationships, and of course, have lots of snacks
and fun in a much smaller setting. Cell Groups are a great place
for students to bring their friends. |
