My cell just watched the "EE Taow" and "EE Taow the next chapter" videos for cell group. The students really got into it. "EE Taow" is a 30 minute video describing how a missionary gave the gospel to a tribal people in New Guinea. It is very powerful. "EE Taow: the next chapter" is a 30 minute follow up video about what happened in the same tribe after they became Christians. It is really amazing! It recaps the first video then describes how the tribe began to reach out to its neighboring tribes. Very challenging. Anyway they both kept the students attention and challenged them to think. We also had good discussion after the videos. We watched them on consecutive weeks but one or the other would work. Julie and Cindy's cell watched the 2nd video last week and I heard the girls were really challenged and motivated to share Christ. The study center has the videos (you better reserve them they have been in high demand) From: Travis, August 2000 Back to Activities List |
