Summer Camp 2003

These eighth graders conquered many elements
of the High Ropes Course, and their own fears.

The flea jump was the most terrifying for most students. The two platforms were less than 3 feet apart.

"I can't believe that Jesus did that for me," one of the students said after the teaching on the resurrection. The challenge to remember what God did for us and to lay down our lives for others epitomized the teachings for the week.

Catrina talks about following God when her family moved to Ireland. The teachings on the last night
were at the Camp Fire.

Chris asked Tim to demonstrate what Christianity would be like minus Jesus crucified,
when he pulled the chair out from under the board. Tim survived the crash to the stage.

The impromptu skit had the students acting out what Jesus might do when confronted with bullies. If Jesus was just a "good teacher" and lectures the bullies or if Jesus is a wimp how would he respond to the bullies.

Before the teaching on the last night Alex represented his team in "follow the leader."
