Tim McDaniel is one of co-founders and a key leader of the GIFT ministry. In addition to more than
twenty-five years experience in accounting and management consulting, Tim has emerged as a leading expert in the business valuation field.
McDaniel is one of less
than 100 people in the country with dual designations from the American Society
of Appraisers (Accredited Member) and the Institute of Business Appraisers
(Certified Business Appraiser).
He has been selected to
teach business valuation courses to other professionals through the Ohio Society
of Certified Public Accountants, Ohio CLE Institute, and was a national instructor
for the American Institute of CPA's Business Valuation CEA Series.
In addition, Tim
has been published in the national publication, 'Valuation Strategies and Tax
Strategies' on valuation topics.
He has prepared more than
300 business valuations over the last several years assisting businesses in
strategic acquisitions, litigation support, estate and gift planning.
A 1982 graduate of Bowling
Green State University, McDaniel is an active member of the Ohio Society of
Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
the Institute of Business Appraisers, and the American Society of Appraisers.
As a co-founder of
the ministry to assist people with a myriad of financial issues through Xenos, Tim has seen a lot of unique and recurring situations families face - he is a great resource for all things financial. In addition, he has spear-headed work on a deferred giving program, a growing need for planning in our society. He
has been involved with Xenos Christian Fellowship since 1985, including
home church leadership and helping others become disciples of Christ.
