Divorce Care

DivorceCare is a 13-week discussion/video group covering the different aspects of divorce. This is a time to reflect on reasons for the divorce, and to consider a biblical perspective for building a new life in the Christian community. Sharing about the difficulties of divorce with others who are going through the same thing brings resolution and hope for the future.

GriefShare

The Finishing Well Ministry, in cooperation with the Xenos Pastoral Counseling Department, work together to minister to people going through grief. GriefShare is a 13-week discussion/video group for people going through a time of grief after losing a loved one. People gather to eat together, then have discussion and watch a video. Many spiritual issues come up during grief, and it's helpful to meet with people who are going through the same thing. A workbook covering the video discussions is available and helpful to read.

This includes addressing character defects, facing the challenges of relational growth, male sexuality and developing in self-giving love. It is more than just saying "no" to porn.
