Home Group Evaluation

Annual Evaluation

Home Group Leaders complete an Annual Home Group Evaluation each year. The Home Group Consultant meets with the entire Home Group Leadership Team to review each group’s Annual Home Group Evaluation. The Consultant’s role is to facilitate strategic planning, to help identify areas that may need specific attention, and to encourage the group in their areas of strength.
