1. Reading assignments will be given each week from the Old Testament. The goal of the assignments is to familiarize students with the variety of biblical literature and the thematic development of the plan of salvation in the Old Testament. For each book (or section of book) read, students are to write chapter titles, which summarize the major theme of each chapter. Chapter summaries are to be turned in each week. They account for 50% of the final grade.
2. A final test will be given on the fifth week. A review sheet will be given on the fourth week. The test will cover readings and class presentations. The test is worth 50% of the final grade.
