Write a one page description of an issue that you have helped counsel someone through. What were some of the questions you asked to help uncover the situation? What were some of the truths you shared to point them in the right direction? If you got to the place where you were able to talk through a “plan for change”, what were some of the ideas you both came up with? What might you do differently if you were faced with the same scenario today?

Grading Policy
To pass each Christian Leadership unit, you must:
Score at least 70% on the final exam.
NOTE: Xenos keeps a permanent transcript of your final grades for each unit of Christian Leadership. Successful completion of Christian Leadership is required as a deacon (Servant Team member), and for many subsequent Xenos classes.
Point Value
A perfect score on the final exam is worth 100 points (60% of your total grade – BUT YOU MUST GET AT LEAST A 70% ON THE EXAM TO PASS THE COURSE).
Homework assignments are worth 20%.
Attendance is worth 20%.
Policies
FINAL EXAM
The final exam may include: memory verse questions, asking you to apply passages to support or refute a statement; true/false or multiple choice; short essay; and definition of terms.
You must score 70% or better to pass the unit.
You must take the exam within the designated dates given. Exams will be available after the last class at the Study Center. You will generally have 2 weeks to take the final at the Study Center.
If you have an unforeseen emergency (e.g., sickness; unscheduled business trip), you must arrange with your instructor to take the exam.
If you fail the exam, you will be notified by mail. You may take a make-up exam at the Study Center within one week of receiving notification of the failed exam. If you missed the exam day simply because you did not study, you will not be permitted to take the make-up exam.
ATTENDANCE
One excused absence is allowed. This must be cleared by the instructor prior to the class missed and all materials must be made up. You will be asked to view/listen to a recorded version of the class you missed.
ASSIGNMENTS
Assignments must be handed in on time! Except for unforeseen emergencies, instructors will not accept late assignments.
