All About Xenos Dinner Reception

Do you know someone who is new to Xenos or someone who just wants to know what our fellowship is about? If so, invite them to the "All About Xenos" dinner reception on March 24th from 6:30-8:30pm in the Office Auditorium. Drowsy Lads to Play at Pub Night

Seminar for Married Couples: "Sexual Needs--Myths & Truths"

Everyone is invited to hear Xenos counselors Lee Campbell and Bev DeLashmutt teach this FREE seminar, "Sexual Needs -- Modern Myths & Timeless Truths." They will talk about moving from common destructive myths to embracing God's better ways. The seminar will be on Wednesday, March 24th at the Xenos Café, 1390 Community Park Drive and is from 7:30pm - 9:00pm.

Parent Meeting for Upcoming College Students

If you are a parent or guardian of a high school junior or senior who is interested in a College Ministry Group, then please consider attending the Parent Orientation on Saturday, April 3rd. The Xenos College Ministry will host an informative meeting to help address any questions or concerns. In addition there will be ministry house tours in the afternoon.

Urban Concern Looking for Volunteers

Calumet Students to Perform Shakespeare

The Jr. High students at Calumet Christian School will be presenting Macbeth by William Shakespeare on Friday, March 26th and Saturday, March 27th. Doors open at 6:30pm at Building X, 1290 Community Park Drive, and admission is $2. All proceeds will benefit Back2Back Ministries who serves orphanages in Mexico. Baked goods will be for sale before the play and during intermission.

Relief Work in Haiti

Our partners at World Relief Haiti are now busy with direct care of the more than 3 million earthquake victims. They are providing water, blankets and contributing to the medical and rescue efforts. They need all the financial help we can provide to care for the thousands of desperate people in Port au Prince.

You can contribute towards the effort through World Relief in the following ways:
* Send a check to the Xenos office payable to World Relief. Write "Haiti Earthquake" in the memo line.

Oasis Giving campaign focused on Bhutanese Refugee Families

This year's Oasis Holiday Giving campaign, "From Our Family to Yours" focuses on showing God's love and hospitality to Bhutanese refugee families who are making Columbus their home. All money donated will help the people of this community in two ways. It will provide "Welcome Baskets" of much-needed items such as dishes, blankets, towels and winter clothing. We will be working with a local refugee organization which helps newly arrived refugees get settled into a home, find jobs, learn English, and become oriented to the community. Donations were also given to complete the 2009 Bhutanese refugee Humanitarian Aid Fund. Prayerfully consider how to encourage your child to take part in experiencing God's grace by giving to this campaign.
