Our Mission

External Relations desires to impact the world for Christ by helping equip the Christian community outside Xenos.

Conferences

We provide promotional and logistical support to the Xenos Summer Institute. Each year, Xenos brings together a diverse group of Christian thinkers and practitioners to examine a current issue facing Christians from a unique perspective...the local church. The goal of the Institute is not just to help participants understand significant issues, but also to help them gain practical ministry training.

Bible Teaching on CD-ROM

Our latest project is adding cutting-edge multimedia technology to the study of God's word. You can view the multimedia presentations live in Real Audio. Current topics include:

Building Friendships in The Body of Christ,
Christianity the Faith That Makes Sense, and
The Death of Truth.

Books and tapes for evangelism and equipping

Several people in Xenos have authored books providing Christians with practical tools for witnessing and for living the Christian life. We also have a secure online catalog of our books and tapes. Many people find them helpful for self- and group study.

Do you want to be more effective in your witness? Are you hesitant to speak up because you might not know how to respond? Consider this! In two books and their study guides, you will gain understanding and abilities in the two key areas of objections to Christianity --

Those who doubt if there is any evidence supporting the truth claims of Christianity (Christianity: The Faith That Makes Sense), AND
Those who are repulsed by Christ's claim to be the only way to eternal life or any claim that there is absolute truth (The Death of Truth).

Real Life Ministry
(College Student Mentoring)

Practical, hands-on, real-life ministry training -- while you attend college. Our Student Ministries Division offers the Christian college student a unique program. While you attend college you can receive solid Christian Bible training and ministry experience. This will establish a foundation and develop your gifts, impacting you and others for eternity. While attending The Ohio State University or Columbus State Community College, you will be mentored by an experienced Christian worker, live with fellow Christian students and serve in our New Testament-style house church. It's the perfect blend of environments -- Christian community providing opportunities for growth and ministry, and the secular college environment that the Lord has a passion to win for him.
