Believing that Jesus Christ came to destroy human barriers to love (Gal 4:16), XCS hires and assigns qualified applicants without discrimination on the basis of the applicant's age, economic status, marital status, race, sex, or ethnic origin.
The governing board of the Xenos Christian School located at 1390 Community Park Drive, Calumet Christian School located at 2774 Calumet St. and Harambee Christian School located at 1474 Cleveland Ave. have adopted the following racial nondiscriminatory policies.
The Xenos Christian Schools recruits and admits students of any race, color, gender or ethnic origin to all its rights, privileges, programs and activities. In addition, the school will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender or ethnic origin in the administration of its education programs and athletics/extracurricular activities. Furthermore, the school is not intended to be an alternative to court or administrative agency ordered, or public school district initiated desegregation.
The Xenos Christian Schools will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender or ethnic origin in the hiring of its certified or non-certified personnel.

XCS staff shall receive initial and ongoing inservice education opportunities without discrimination on the basis of the employee's age, economic status, marital status, race, sex, or ethnic origin.
