A grievance is an event or situation which affects the conditions or circumstances under which an employee works that is allegedly caused by misinterpretation or inequitable application of established policies or regulations

3182 Procedure

3182.1
All grievances should be reported immediately to the administrator.

3182.2
In the event that a grievance is not resolved by the administrator, the employee may petition the Board or its representative
