3431 Worker's Compensation

All employees of the Xenos Christian School are covered by Worker's Compensation as required by law.

3431.2
All self-inflicted injuries are exempted.

3432 Health Insurance

3432.1
All full-time employees of Xenos Christian School (those working a minimum of thirty four hours per week) have an option in a XCS group health policy.

3432.2
Premiums will be shared with XCS paying 75% and the employee paying 25%.

3432.3
Enrollment in the health insurance coverage must be within 30 days of the employee's starting date.
