Guidance Program

The foundation of our Christian school system is the Word of God, the Bible. We believe the Bible describes the abundant life and God, having created man, knows best how we should live. The Old Testament calls the knowledge of how we should live wisdom. The role of XCS is to assist parents in their God-given responsibility to nurture their children in the path of wisdom by providing:

• classroom instruction in guidance-related topics
• communicating results of student appraisals to parents
• coordinating with other professionals regarding the child
• providing parent conferences

A written guidance plan is available in the school office.
