Grievance Procedures
If parents have a complaint or concern regarding the classroom, they should initiate a teacher conference to discuss the problem. If the parent thinks that the teacher conference did not satisfactorily resolve the problem, they may schedule a conference with the principal. If the parent thinks the principal is not working to satisfactorily resolve the problem, they may report the grievance to the Xenos Christian Schools School Board representative, Joe Botti.
If parents have complaints regarding problems outside the class setting, they should initiate a conference with the principal to discuss the problem. As with class problems, the parent may report the grievance to the School Board representative if they believe the principal conference fails to resolve the matter.
