3171 Freedom from Sexual Harassment

3171.1
All employees of XCS have the right to work in an environment free from sexual advances, either verbal or physical, and sexually offensive behaviors.

3171.2
If such an advance or offensive behaviors have occurred, the employee may file a grievance with the Superintendent. If the superintendent is involved in the advance, the employee may file a grievance with the XCS Board.
