Employees are considered either full-time, part-time, or temporary.

Full-time employees are eligible for all benefits.

Part-time employees are eligible for Worker's Compensation and Social Security.

The superintendent will present requests for exceptions to stated benefits to the XCS Board or its representative for approval.
