Parent Conferences
Two days are set-aside during the year for parent-teacher conferences. Teachers send home a note indicating how they will schedule conferences for their class. Conferences provide the opportunity for parents and teachers to discuss the student's progress and future goals.
When the teacher desires an additional parent conference throughout the year, the teacher should inform the principal on the general nature of the conference. The teacher then arranges an appointment with the parents.
Parents may also initiate additional conferences by calling the teachers at the school. Teachers will provide a conference within one week of the request.
