General Purpose ("Why does this position exist?"):
Oversee the schools resources which results in furthering the accomplishment of the schools' mission. Provides spiritual and managerial leadership for the staff and students of the school. Provides direction to the School Board for the formulation of policies and procedures.

Personnel Management:
· Provides and oversees in-service training for all teaching staff
· Conduct annual reviews of Preschool Director, Elementary, Middle School, administrative staff
· Hiring of all teaching and administrative staff
· Provide vision, direction, oversight and support for all staff
· Direct supervision of preschool director, elementary and middle school teachers, finance director, administrative assistant, and HCS/XCS principals

Financial Management:
· Budget preparation, implementation and adherence to plan
· Implementation of effective tuition & billing policies
· Fiscal planning
· Setting wages, salaries and benefits for XCS staff
· Acquisition and monitoring of state government funds
· Distribution of family subsidy
· Approve & oversee all school fund-raisers

Office Administration:
· Development and adherence of attendance, safety, and health policies
· Supervises ordering, receipt and distribution of supplies
· Establishes school calendar and events
· Supervises maintenance of student records and state filing requirements
· Administration of XCS school bussing provided by the state
· Oversight of all school publications

Academic Advancement:
· Development and adherence of admissions criteria and enrollment policies
· Organizes programs to evaluate students (i.e. standardized testing, grade cards, etc.)
· Conducts curriculum review for each subject on a regular basis
· Coordinates state provided tutoring program

Student Oversight:
· Evaluation of student academic and spiritual growth
· Development and adherence of school discipline policies
· Coordination of specialists to provide guidance and evaluation of students (i.e. psychologist, tutoring, etc.)
· Organizes and participates in special student functions

Facility Management:
· Ensure the safety and appearance of the school is maintained
· Establish and enforce facility usage policies
· Coordinates requests for maintenance, repair, and equipment
· Plan, recommend and implement capital improvements to facility. |

Strategic Planning:
· Implementation of programs to help ensure the spiritual vitality and growth of graduating XCS. students.
· Periodic review and modification of schools mission and vision
· Planning for future expansion including staffing and facilities |

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
Education: Bachelors Degree minimum
Experience/Training:
· Leadership level training and proven ability to lead, administrate and fiscally manage an organization.
· Maintain administrative credentials (1.0 CUE credits per year)
· Strong human relation skills with both adults and children
· Demonstrates ability to manage multiple tasks at one time

Character: The person taking this position must exhibit all of the character qualifications for church leaders listed in 1 Timothy 3: 8-12, in both their church work and in their personal ministry. In addition, the person filling this role must be ordained as a minister by the State of Ohio, under Xenos Christian Fellowship, Inc. It is available for a minister’s housing allowance under IRS parsonage rules (primarily IRC sections 107 and 1402(b) and Revenue Rulings 70-549 and 72-606).
